Tyn Llech is a lovingly restored 17th Century stone cottage nestling amongst ancient oak woodlands on a private 2000 acre country estate, with views of the sea from its private secluded garden. Situated close to the seaside town of Criccieth, you can enjoy the best that Wales has to offer - beaches, castles, mountains and breathtaking scenery.
The welcoming house has been tastefully designed and furnished with limed oak floors, deep comfortable sofas, wood burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace, wall mounted lcd tv with Freeview Sky, wireless broadband, dvd player, cd player with radio and ipod dock.
There are three double bedrooms - master bedroom with twins that zip together to make a kingsize. En-suite walk in shower/wet area with underfloor heating. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with twin beds. A shared bathroom with loo and hand-held shower over the bath.
The kitchen diner is well equipped with electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and seating for six. There is a separate utility room with washer drier and dishwasher.
The lovely, secluded, sea facing garden has garden furniture and barbecue for al-fresco eating in spectacular surroundings.
