Traditional five bedroom 17th Century detached stone farmhouse, tastefully renovated whilst retaining the essence of its natural charm. It is situated on a working hill-sheep farm beside a mountain stream.

The Ferns Holiday Cottage is right in the centre of the village of Betws-y-Coed, gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Its location is a peaceful cul de sac with outside area and garden. Private parking, two minutes' walk to shops and restaurants.
