The accommodation

Sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Next door is a spacious bathroom with shower and separate bath.

The ground floor has a country-style kitchen with Rayburn to give you that farmhouse feel. You can relax in either of two lounges. One provides you with a Clearview woodburner and the other lounge with open fireplace (logs included).

There's a cloakroom with separate toilet and sink and conservatory which leads you to the lawned garden, ideal for children to play, where you'll find a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. A lock- up store is available for securing bikes and outdoor parking for several cars.

The location

You can join the Welsh Highland Railway train, the newest railway in North Wales, which restores a long-lost link between the towns of Caernarfon and Porthmadog, running from coast to coast through the heart of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park from the stop at Lon Eifion which is within walking distance of the farmhouse.

The main walking/cycling route in the area gives you immediate access to miles of safe cycling/walking. There is a lock up store for securing bikes and outdoor equipment, and we even provide some bikes and helmets for guests.
