A choice of 2 cottages in the village of Llanspyddid, just a mile from Brecon town. Arch Cottage has 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples or two singles. It is light and bright, with the stone walls either left as exposed stone or painted white with eco lime paints. The cottage has been finished to a high standard. There is a wooden spiral staircase and a low beam across the landing. There are oak beams in all the rooms.

Meadow View Farmhouse on request. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – a large house, perfect for groups, get-togethers and family holidays. Sleeps 2 to 10 persons. Families, couples, singles - all are welcome.

Both houses rented together can sleep up to 13 in 7 bedrooms with 4 showers / toilets. Singles welcome – 10 sharing 7 bedrooms, or 7 singles with a bedroom each. Please enquire for a price for your family or group would like to stay with us.

The accommodation

The cottages have good mobile signal and fast wifi speed.

There are two bedrooms.

Bedroom one has a king size bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside cabinets and lamps, and also 2 USB sockets.

Bedroom 2 has a 4ft double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamp.

The lounge has a log stove to cwtch up with in the autumn / winter after enjoying the beautiful countryside walks.

Comfortable sofa and arm chair. Dining table. Smart TV. USB charging socket.

The Kitchen has an induction hob and electric oven for cooking, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, retro-style fridge freezer, and a breakfast table. Full range of cooking utensils.

Outside there is a and lawned area. There are 2 steps from the parking area up to the patio which leads to the entrance door.

Meadow View, our 5 bedroom farmhouse, sleeps up to 10. Please enquire for prices and availability. Both cottages can be rented together to sleep up to 13.

Arch Cottage has a spiral staircase and low beam on the landing. Please check with Sue about this if you are unsure. Kitchen has an induction hob. Meadow View has a wide wooden spiral staircase. Easy climbing.

Parking is next to the cottage.

Arch cottage has 3 steps from the parking area to the garden and entrance door.

We do not have EV chargers at our properties. We kindly ask that you do not use our electric to charge your cars. There are EV charging points with 1 - 2 miles of the cottages at Brecon.
