Llandudno's cenotaph stands in Prince Edward Square on the town's promenade. Erected after the First World War, it lists 45 men lost in the First World War, 61 lost in the Second World War, and Lance Bombardier Llywelyn Evans, a soldier from Llandudno who lost his life on the first day of the war in Iraq.
