Within the grounds of Llannerch Goch 17th Century country house, we have three cottages in traditional or contemporary style for you to choose from, with fine views towards the peaks of Snowdonia.

Our three luxurious holiday cottages are in a peaceful setting at the edge of the small village of Capel Garmon, 2 miles from the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. Fine restaurant plus bistro dining using local produce 2 miles away. Open all year. Free wifi internet access. Complimentary spa toileties with sea kelp. 1 Dog in The Old Coach House.

Siabod - sleeps 4

This newly converted cottage sleeping 4 is traditional in style and was originally a shippon. It is situated in a perfect position 2 miles from Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park.

The cottage has a well equipped oak kitchen/dining room with American fridge freezer and a lounge. There are two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. The double room has a kingsize bed and roll top bath, while the twin bedroom has a shower.

This comfortable cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, and there is a gas fire to keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings. From the spacious kitchen/dining area there are French doors opening onto patio area with garden furniture and magnificent views overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range.

The patio is great for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views of the mountains.

The double bedroom en-suite is fully equipped with a roll top bath, toilet and basin. The twin en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a toilet downstairs.

Tryfan - sleeps 4

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/dining room with American fridge/freezer and a lounge. There are two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. The double room has a kingsize bed and jacuzzi bath, while the twin bedroom has a shower.

The Old Coach House - sleeps 4

We have now completed the refurbishment in the kitchen with Country Cream units and an American fridge/freezer and a 'P' shaped jacuzzi shower bath. This 17th Century oak-beamed cottage with many original features, full of character and atmosphere, has been lovingly restored.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/dining room, lounge, bathroom, one twin bedroom (with 2'6" beds) and one double bedroom with a king size French Country Style bed - all of which are beautifully decorated and maintained.

This comfortable cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, and there is a wood burning stove effect gas fire to keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath (shower over the bath), toilet and basin. There is a patio that is great for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views of the mountains.

Local Area

The picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed is just 2 miles away and the market town of Llanrwst 3 miles. Llannerch Goch is located within a varied landscape of mountains, woodland, lakes and rivers in beautiful countryside steeped in mystic Celtic history. It is an ideal location for visiting National Trust properties, and the nearby Capel Garmon neolithic burial chamber. We have plenty of Restaurants and a Bistro within easy reach serving locally produced meals.

Payment information

Price includes bed linen, towels, heating and lighting. We ask for £150 deposit and the remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to your holidays.
