Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, full fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster with seated breakfast bar.

Spacious double bedroom including dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, separate toilet and washbasin.

Outside there is decking leading to an al fresco dining area with superb landscape views. Coal Barbecue available in your own barbecue seating area.

Less than 5 minutes drive from Cemaes Bay, just outside the village of Llanfechell.

Our area

Less than 5 minutes drive (from Cemaes Bay with its sandy beaches, pubs, village shop, fish and chips, and within walking distance ( just under a mile)for local shop,pub ,and cafe which serves luxury cakes,breakfasts, lunches and also local crafts. Parys Mountain Copper Mines and Amlwch Old Port both within 15 mins drive. Holyhead is 13 miles. Anglesey is an island to explore with its many beaches, costal path walks and points of interests.

This is a non-smoking property but ashtrays are provided for outside area.

All linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival .please provide your own beach towels.

Electricity and gas is included. Separate laundry facilities available. Washing up essentials are also provided (cloths, liquid, t -towel)
