Llanbedr, Powys

The extensive moorlands of the Radnor Hills stretch away in all directions from Rhulen Hill. On a sunny early June day it's at its best, but the sheep have to live here all year round. East towards the English border the uplands give way to green pasturelands. On the horizon, a good 30 miles distant as the crow flies, are the Clee Hills, beyond which lie the English Midlands.
