Llyn Brianne, Ceredigion
Looking north along Llyn Brianne from the top of the 91 metre high dam. Llyn Brianne reservoir is part of the Towy scheme, developed in the early 1970s to supply water to the South Wales coast. Water is stored in the reservoir and released into the River Towy where it flows south and is treated before distribution.
