The Victorian Rolls Hall, on Whitecross Street in Monmouth, was given to the people of Monmouth by the Rolls' family - family of Charles Stewart Rolls, co-founder of Rolls Royce cars - in 1888 for use as a lecture hall and theatre. In 1992 it was refurbished and became the town’s library. Tel 01600 775215.
