Doldowlod, Powys
From the south of Trembyd the vista is broad, as this is the first hill of any size which you'll encounter when following the Wye Valley north from Builth Wells. In the near distance, just across the river, is the rounded, steep sided form of Dol-y-Fan Hill (380m). To the left is the domed massif of Radnor Forest, and on the southern skyline are the Black Mountains above Hay-on-Wye.
