Rhayader, Powys
Looking through oak trees on the banks of Caban Coch Reservor towards the snow-clad low peaks which mark the western edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The winter of 2008-2009 has been the coldest for several years, and there were several falls of snow across Wales.
