Many local residents dress in Victorian costume once a year, helping to recreate the atmosphere of Victorian times when it was a popular and stylish Spa Town. With their pony and carriage, this couple are seen travelling in a Victorian style past the Old Town Hall. The Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival is held during the last week of August before the bank holiday.
