Holyhead Railway Station

London-bound trains wait at Holyhead railway station. Terminus of the North Wales Coast railway line, Holyhead station is part of the ferry port complex. Inter-city trains are hauled by diesel locomotives as far as Crewe, where they join the electified main West Coast Main Line, and complete their journey into London Euston hauled by electric locos.
