The accommodation

Dexter lodge has 2 bedrooms, bosting a king size bed and a single. The other, which is en suite has 2 singles. An open plan kitchen dinner and sitting area. Large wrap round decking and steps down to the hot tub. Which is located in its own little house, next to the fire pit.

Located of the beaten track perfect for walking or just getting close to nature. Accessed up a private farm road. The lodge is open plan with nature, without any fences or restraints.

The lodges are within easy access of Builth wells and Llandrindod Wells, with Elan Valley a sort drive away. Brecon beacon, Hay on Wye are both on your door step.

Guest comments

If you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you. Fantastic isolated location. Everything you need is in the cottage and the wildlife is wonderful. So many birds! Great to discover the beautiful Elan Valley with its fantastic scenery. A comfortable cottage and well equipped. The hot tub is a bonus.

Directions to the Dexter Lodge

From Llandrindod Wells take the A483 towards Builth Wells. After approximately miles, turn left, it will be sign posted Hundred House 5 miles. After approximately miles, turn right, there will be a post box at the end of the road. After approximately 1 mile, there is a small crossroads, with a large tree with signs hanging from it. Turn left up a bank and over a cattle grid. Then follow the drive up, past a bungalow and farm house, buildings. As you leave the fence on your left, take the left hand fork to the lodges.
