Lluest Abercaethon is an old hill farm tucked into the folds of the Cambrians close to the head of the valley of the Cletwr which runs down into Craig Goch, the highest of the Elan Valley reservoirs. The advanced state of decay suggests that it was abandoned a many decades ago - a few rotting beams remain and that's about all. Feeding three open fires must have been something of a challenge here as there are very few trees about, and getting in and out in winter before the advent of 4X4s wouldn't have been easy. I hope someone sees this and falls in love with it - it needs saving!
