This self contained annexe, dating from the 1850s, was until about 50 years ago a public house called the Farmers Arms. In the Gower village of Llanmadoc which has a shop and good pub, just a short stroll from Whiteford Sands. Backing onto open farmland, it has views over the Loughor Estuary.
On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The living area has two sofas, a television and DVD player, and a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace.
The dining area has a table and four chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Upstairs the gallery landing has twin bunk beds , a double bedroom and a separate bathroom.
There are some internal steps and several low beams. It may not be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
This part of the Gower is peaceful and rural. The village has a shop and pub. A short walk down a lovely footpath leads to Whiteford Burrows and a huge sandy beach. There are several other beaches within easy reach, and the rest of the Gower to explore too, if you're feeling energetic.
