Set on the owner's working farm in the unspoilt Mid Wales countryside, near Llandrindod Wells, this spacious detached barn conversion is fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard, and comes complete with hot tub.

The accommodation

Accommodation is over two floors, with an 'upside down' layout. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living area on the first floor.

The first floor has an open-plan layout, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, dining table to seat 6 and a comfortable sitting area with freeview television, from where French doors open out onto a lovely balcony from where you can enjoy views over the surrounding countryside.

On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a kingsize bed and the other twin beds (with zip-and link for conversion to a double). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and shower room. French doors from the bedrooms open out onto the patio area.

Outside is a lawned garden and patio area with outdoor furniture, adjoining the hot tub which is enclosed on three sides beneath the balcony.

The location

There are many walks from the Barn around the farm, where you can take in the tranquility and breathtaking views. In the Village of Howey which is 1 mile, there is a lovely pub and Thai food restaurant.

Our area

Near the village of Howey, it is within easy reach of the spa town of Llandrindod Wells, and Builth Wells, home of the Royal Welsh Showground. The renowned Elan Valley is only a 20 minute drive away, with the Red Kite feeding station en-route. The famous Brecon Beacons are only a short distance away.
