Ty Huw Llwyd is situated in the small village of Llan Ffestiniog. A lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside, it offers spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation finished to a high standard. and is a perfect base for a holiday or short break exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales coast.

The kitchen diner is spacious and well-appointed with a large dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. It has recently been updated with new tiling.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom and toilet.
The master bedroom is a double room, through the front window there are views of the Moelwyn Mountains to the front of the house.
The second bedroom is also a double room and has views of the mountains and the valley to the south.
We have a small enclosed south facing rear patio which although small is a real sun trap and a safe place for your pet.
With quality bedding, the only thing you need to bring is yourself, your clothes and your towels.
There is an allocated off-road car parking space to the rear of the property and plenty of room for a second car at the front.
Surrounded by wonderful mountains, Ty Huw Llwyd is perfect for lovely scenic walks, downhill mountain biking, or enjoying outdoor pursuits such as canoeing and climbing. Centrally located in the village of Llan Ffestiniog, with Pub and Shop on your doorstep and all amenities in the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog three miles away. There are good bus and train links if you want to explore without your car.

This year sees the launch of the Snowdonia Slate Trail which passes through the village. This is an 85 mile circular trail which enables walkers to explore the industrial heritage of the slate villages throughout Snowdonia.
Plas Y Brenin National Mountain Centre is nearby, Downhill bike trails at Llechwedd, one of the best mountain bike centres in Britain,
