Y Bwthyn

This luxurious barn conversion is situated close to the owner's home in the village of Llanegryn in the beautiful Dysynni valley, with Bird Rock and the mountains of Cader Idris offering excellent walking.

The accommodation

The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms - one twin with bathroom and one double with shower room. The lounge and dining area are complimented by a light oak kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, washer dryer, freezer and microwave. The comfortable lounge area has TV, DVD, and limited broadband connection.

There is oil central heating and a gas cast iron stove with flame effect fire giving a cosy atmosphere to the cottage.

Our area

The seaside resort of Tywyn - the home of the Talyllyn Railway - is four miles away and a further two miles along the coast is the beautiful village of Aberdyfi with its sandy beach, water sports and a challenging golf course.

Also in the area are Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur's Labyrinth with its underground adventure which takes you in a boat through a magic waterfall back to the time of myth and legend.

Coed y Brenin forest with its excellent mountain biking centre and outdoor activities is a 45 minute drive away.

Notes

Well behaved pet dogs are welcome in the low season though they must not be left alone in the property.
