With glorious views of Cader Idris and the surrounding countryside, this recently renovated cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers a warm and welcoming base from which to explore the area.

A haven for walkers and cyclists, the surrounding countryside offers many footpaths and cycle trails. The lovely sandy beaches of Barmouth and Fairbourne are both less than 15 miles away, as is Bala, which is renowned for its excellent water sports.

Accommodation - sleeps up to 5

This well presented cottage is comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout. It has a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave,fridge and freezer. There is an open plan dining room/sitting room with leather sofas, flame effect fire and a 32" LCD TV with Sky freeview and DVD player.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with exposed beams. The large landing with two armchairs and a coffee table, offers a cosy area in which to read and relax. There is a shower room with a large shower, wash basin and wc.

Towels and bed linen are provided. We also provide a welcome tray with tea, coffee etc.

Oil central heating is included, and there is a £1 coin meter for electricity.

There is ample car parking and children can play safely in the visitors' garden. There is a chimenea barbecue and picnic table and chairs in the visitors garden.

Sorry but we do not allow pets of any kind and we do not allow smoking in the cottage.
