Built in 1860, this grade 2 listed cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac, 200 yards from Fishguard town centre, 100 yard from the Pembrokeshire coast path, and 150 yards from Fishguard lower harbour. Free Wi is now included

The accommodation

The kitchen area has breakfast bar, full size cooker with grill and hob,microwave washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The dining room has a table and seating for 6 people.

The living room has homely feel with leather three piece suite, gas room heater, TV, sky DVD and CD radio.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed two double wardrobes draw unit and dressing table the second bedrooms also has a double bed wardrobe and draw unit and a further bedroom has bunk beds with draw unit.

The bathroom has a full size bath, electric shower WC and sink.

The cottage has full central heating.

Wifi is now included.

A large conservatory is also included with plenty of seating With roof blinds and window blinds in case gets to hot.

There is a large garden with rotary washing line, garden table an chairs the garden is secure for children and pets.

Next to the cottage, Rosebud Cottage, a small annex, provides separate self catering accommodation for two people.

There are a no of popular beaches from Fishguard within a a 15 min drive from Fishguard. St Davids the smallest City in UK 18 miles as is Cardigan a little closer Haverfordwest. There are also a lot of attractions in Pembrokeshire within driving distance Oakwood, folly farm to name just a couple of places

Parking is in front of the property

The arrival time is from 3pm on day of arrival, and 10am on day of departure

There is bed linen at the cottage but please bring your own towels. Pets. are not to be left in the cottage on there own.

The directions to the cottage is as follows from south Wales follow the M4 to the end follow directions to Carmarthen St Clears Haverfordwest and Fishguard on entering Fishguard town centre turn left following one system way turn left at the juction into West st then take the first turning to the right (about 100 yards) Go down the hill 100 yards the cottage will be on the right hand side

From North Wales follow directions to Aberystwyth Cardigan And Fishguard. At the roundabout in Fishguard follow the one way system turning right at the Co-op at the junction turn left into west St take the first turning to the right into the Slade, The stone cottage will be around 150 yards on the right hand side
