We have just come back home from an absolutely fabulous week at Llwyn Beuno Cottage. From the moment we got there, we could tell we had got a gem. Meira, the host, is a star and can't do enough to help you, but is very careful not to intrude. The cottage was spotless, and so well equipped, we were short of nothing. The bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise (sorry Meira, I forgot to say thank you in person for it). Ideal location for lots of beaches and less than 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants, etc. And the beaches in the area were great, kept our 6 years old occupied most of the week. And the hot tub was amazing. Ellen
Wonderful Week made all the better by finding Llwynbeuno Cottage.
Perfect location - within 15-20mins from all the beauty and discovery the Llwyn Peninsula has to offer. And with great views.
Beautifully presented - everything you need (and the hot tub is a welcome bonus).
Great hosts - welcoming, friendly, helpful and on hand if needed, but not intrusive.
Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Meira and Gareth are fantastic hosts and her Bara Brith is to die for. The cottage is more than comfortable and very well stocked for living away from home with everything you could possibly need even down to a garlic press and a gravy boat. The beds are extremely comfortable and roomy bedrooms are brilliant. I didn't get to use the hot tub as I was out of season but never mind next time. Also, I explored a fair bit and everything the Llyn peninsula has to offer is on your doorstep. Do not miss whistling sands probably the best beach in the UK and definitely in Wales. Thank you so much Meira and Gareth and thank you for my recent letter I can't wait to come and stay again you were brilliant. Have a fantastic Christmas. Tom
All in all a wonderful stay - thank you. The cottage was spotlessly clean - we felt very Covid-secure and we appreciated the efforts that the owner had put in to ensure our safety. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we made good use of it throughout our stay. We also liked the additional touches of bathrobes, chocolates, and wine. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - hope to visit again soon. AH
We advise that guests coming from the direction of the A55 and onto the A489and A499 drive into the town of Pwllheli, rather than inputting our postcode into a satnav as the system will divert traffic onto the B4417 towards Nefyn and then onto very narrow country lanes! Some guests do not like driving on these lanes. There is car parking for 3 cars at the property and the owners will be here to welcome guests. We do appreciate should you be unduly delayed to update us on your progress.
Our promise to guests:
Should either the guests or hosts be affected by national or local lockdown all the monies paid will be repaid in full. Should you cancel for any other reason you will be liable for the payments due. Please also note that we have to keep a record of the persons staying with us for 21days as we are required to do by Welsh Assembly Government for Covid Track and Trace Scheme.
Please phone or e-mail to check availability. We do have an safe online booking system. A £50 deposit secures your booking.
