Our holiday caravan enjoys spectacular views of St Brides Bay.
The caravan has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two twin rooms each with two 6ft beds suitable for adults or children. The double bedroom benefits from an electric skirting heater. The large sitting room with dining area has a gas fire, tv and dvd player. There are also maps, books, games and leaflets on local attractions. The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. A generous timber deck on the south side of the caravan, with garden furniture, allows you to enjoy an alfresco meal or to watch the sun setting over St Brides Bay.
The farm is home to a variety of birds including peregrine falcons, chough, merlins, skylarks and yellowhammers. You may spot foxes and badgers from the holiday caravan window.
Shortlands is ideally positioned for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast. The coast path is a stone's throw from the farm and a shuttle bus runs along the small coast road north to St Davids and south to Milford Haven. The safe sandy beach at Druidston Haven is a great place for children. Cliff-top wild flowers are at their best in Spring, while seal pups are a late summer attraction. Sea and beach fishing and horse riding are also available locally.
