The Cottage

A newly finished one bedroom cottage with all luxury facilities. Accommodation in brief: Kitchen, separate dining room, entrance hall, shower room and bedroom with king size bed, large lounge area with electric log effect fire and smart TV, bluetooth speaker.

Attached to our home situated in Rhosgoch, Anglesey, on our 3-acre smallholding. Surrounded by beautiful Anglesey countryside. We have hens, dogs, cats, sheep and at certain times of the year pigs.

The accommodation

Kitchen: with single built in over and microwave over. 5 Burner gas hob, stainless steel chimney hood, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stainless steel sink and bean to cup DeLonghi coffee machine.

There is a small intimate dining table and chairs in the kitchen for that cup of coffee or tea before the day gets going.

Dining room: Here you can sit in comfort at the dining table and chairs.

Shower room: Large shower cubicle with electric pumped shower great for relaxing after your days activities. There is also a large vanity unit.

Lounge: Here you will find two comfortable two seater settees, coffee table, and plenty of mood lighting. There is a smart 42" smart tv with Netflix, Youtube and a DVD player. A selection of music CDs and DVDs are also available. There is also a Bluetooth speaker should you wish to listen to your own music from your smart phone.

Bedroom: Kingsize bed, wardrobes, drawer units and bedside units. Hairdryer and water carafes.

All linen in included, we provide bath and hand towels but we ask you to bring your own beach towels. Kitchen towels are provided.

One well-behaved dog is allowed but we ask that you do not allow it to sit on furniture or bed. If possible we ask that the pet is only allowed on the tiled surface.

Outside: There are two outside areas - one to the front and one to the rear. Both have patio furniture and the rear has a charcoal barbecue. Both areas are fenced.

Outside shed: Here you can store bicycles, fishing equipment etc, securely.

Parking: There is ample private parking.

The location

Rhosgoch is on the North East side of Anglesey, just 10 minutes from Cemaes Bay with its beach and harbour. Here there are plenty of places to eat and drink and there are great coastal walks around this area.

Amlwch is approx 10 minutes by car and here you will find local shops,supermarket, butchers, newsagents, hairdressers, takeaways and restaurants. Here you will also find if needed the local Health Centre.

Within walking distance of the Cottage is the local Tavern, The Ring, Rhosgoch, a dog friendly pub offering good ale and excellent food.

Our smallholding has sheep, pigs, dogs, hens and cats.
