Bryniau is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the furthest tip of the Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking 360 degree views of Bardsey Island, Aberdaron Bay, with Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance.

The accommodation

Bryniau is all one level, sleeps 4 and has a double, and a twin bedded room, both with television.

The bathroom has a shower and bath.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a fridge/freezer, Neff hob and integrated oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

The lounge, which is open-plan, has a three and a two seater settees and a widescreen smart television.

Wifi.

There is also a conservatory with table and chairs to soak in the views.

Bryniau is central heated throughout. There are plenty of parking spaces and a lawned garden.

The location

The picturesque village of Aberdaron is miles away with its shops for your necessities, cafes, takeaways, two pubs which serve excellent food, bakery, church and, a beautiful beach. Whistling Sands beach is also nearby and several coves for fishing and exploring. Porthdinllaen bay is also a must, and perhaps a visit to Abersoch with its designer shops.

The coastal path is a stone's throw away, ideal for scenic walks.
