This house is so convenient for touring North Wales - easy access to Snowdonia National Park, beaches and the Isle of Anglesey, and close to many attractions.
The house is modern and spacious with four bedrooms and is in a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes' walk from the centre of Bangor, North Wales. The ground floor and patio garden are wheelchair friendly.
There is a lockable shed with secure fixing point to lock bicycles or wheelchairs to.
On the ground floor (which is fully wheelchair friendly) has a hallway inside the front door with stairs to first floor and has open plan lounge kitchen and dining areas with patio doors to the garden. There is also one bedroom with a small (4ft) double bed and patio doors to the garden, as well as a wet room/ utility room.
The first floor has three bedrooms, two with standard double beds and one with twin 3ft beds (can be joined as 6 foot double) One bedroom is en-suite and there is a large bathroom with bath with shower. There is a good quality travel cot with extra mattress available.
There is a washing machine dryer and a dishwasher.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery glassware cutlery and utensils as well as pots and pans etc. There is a booster type high chair available.
There is parking for up to three cars on the drive at the front of the house.
We provide all bedding and towels and a welcome pack of essentials such as tea coffee milk toilet rolls etc.

It is a few minutes' walk from the train station, and even closer to bus stops and a good supermarket.
Public transport is available to many place of interest. Snowdonia National Park and the beaches of Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula are within easy reach.
