Killay Fawr

Killay Fawr is a five bedroom farmhouse set in a one acre landscape designed garden, in the middle of a forty acres of green fields and woodland. It is especially suitable for large families or parties, and is ideally situated for exploring Gower and its beaches.

The accommodation

The second floor includes a playroom with a sofa bed, and a twin single bedroom. The first floor has a shower room with wc, a bathroom with wc, a bunk bedroom, two double bedrooms, one with a built-in wardrobe, and a twin single bedroom.

The ground floor includes a large living room leading out onto a veranda on one side and a patio on the other, a well-equipped kitchen dining room with a large gas/electric range and a wood burning fire and a door to the garden, a small utility room and a wet room including a shower and WC suitable for disabled use.

The house has underfloor gas central heating throughout. Plasma 32" tv, VCR, DVD, radio CD and mini-disc player. Automatic washing machine/tumble dryer. Dishwasher, microwave oven. Two cots (one travel). A high chair. A table tennis table. A pair of swings and other garden furniture.

Notes

There is plenty of parking space for cars, and a secure bicycle storage shed.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in every letting.
