It has wifi and central heating.

Dining room: refrigerator with freezer. Ground floor is tiled with terracotta tiles.

Three steps up: lounge. Fireplace. A 32-inch slim flat-screen Sky TV with DVD player.

Bathroom: shower over bath, sink, toilet, and underfloor heating.

The location

The cottages is located in the middle of the nature of the Snowdonia National Park. The landscape is small-scale, lovely and rugged. Pastures are lined with stone walls, interspersed with forests. Sheep walk around the cottages. Dogs must therefore be leashed outside. From the cottages you can take beautiful walks through the valley of Nantmor, or via the Pass of Aberglaslyn, a narrow wooded gorge containing a wildly flowing river, to beautiful Beddgelert.

If you are looking for more adventure, you can climb Snowdon, Wales highest mountain at 1,085 meters. Or climb the Cnicht, also called the Welsh Matterhorn because of its pyramid-like shape. From the summit you have spectacular panoramic views all the way to the Irish Sea.

An 18-minute drive by car brings you to Porthmadog, a town with a number of supermarkets. Portmadog is by the sea and has beautiful beaches.
