Red Dragon holiday cottages, log cabin and camping pods are situated in the heart of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, approximately miles from the award winning village of Beddgelert and just 300 metres from the start of the Watkin Path to the top of Snowdon.

Set within privately owned mountainside woodland and only 300 metres from the start of The Watkin Path to Snowdon Summit, our 4 quality self-catering cottages, 1 log cabin and 8 camping pods and 2 family lodges rooms are the ideal base from which to explore Snowdonia with its spectacular scenery and fascinating mix of mountains, lakes, woodland and streams.

The location

A short drive away you will find beautiful sandy beaches of the Pen Llyn and plenty of local attractions including Zip World, Welsh Highland Railway, Caernarfon Castle and Snowdon Mountain Railway, to name a few.

Beddgelert is undoubtedly Snowdonia's loveliest mountain village. Its stone built dwellings, inns and hotels are surrounded by the finest scenery in North Wales. Snowdon, the highest peak in England and Wales, dominates the skyline a few miles to the north.

The beautiful Aberglaslyn Pass with Gelert's Grave and the Fishermans Path for a wander along the rocky path in this stunning vista.

Pods, small cottages (Tryfan) our log cabin and bunk rooms can all be hired for a min 2 nights stay.

Our larger cottages Snowdon, Aran and Sygun are a minimum 3 night stay.
