Brynhafod

This cosy holiday cottage is situated in the village of Llandre, 5 miles from the seaside town of Aberystwyth and 2 miles from the sandy beach at Borth. A perfect location to explore all that Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Mountains have to offer. There is a craft centre, restaurant, take aways and local shops within one mile and pubs offering food within 2 miles.

The accommodation

The accommodation comprises sitting room with comfortable three piece suite, separate dining room, spacious fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin, two double bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds. A cot and high chair are available on request.

There is a sheltered and sunny patio at the front with lovely views. There is a level patio to the rear and large sloping garden. (Young children require supervision for their safety in the rear garden which is securely gated. Not suitable for elderly or infirm). Parking for two cars.

Facilities include storage heaters, TVs in lounge and double bedroom, automatic washing machine, electric hob and cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. Bed linen provided but not towels (except for overseas guests).

Electricity is included, but there is a supplement if you wish to use the storage heaters. There is a coal-effect electric fire in the sitting room, or the open fire can be used if preferred - an initial supply of fuel is provided. Please request when booking.

Notes

Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Guests are asked to bring the dog's own bed. Dogs must be supervised. The gardens are not secure and dogs could get out.

Brynhafod is a no smoking house.

25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
