Llanteglos House was built as a large country residence over 130 years ago. The self catering lodges are situated in the leafy seclusion of the original orchard and grounds beyond. Situated on a hill overlooking Carmarthen Bay, there are wonderful views across the countryside, including some National Parkland with glimpses of the sea beyond.
Woodland Lodges - Graded - Oak Class VisitWales 4 Star and Cedar Class VisitWales 3 Star. Each lodge is two storey with balcony and sleeps up to 6 in double and twin rooms plus Cedar Class have double sofabed (the grading authority does not allow sofa beds in lodges graded 4 Star - this is the main difference in the lodges and the 4 lodges may have some upgraded furniture as well), bathroom with electric power shower in bath and heated towel rail, open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, pots, pans and cutlery, dining and living room with large sliding doors onto secluded balcony.
Garden Lodge "Guest Rooms" - for bed and breakfast guests. We have one single and two double rooms. Fold-out beds and cots can be provided in addition. Each room has its own en-suite shower and toilet, television and tea making facility. Smoking and pets are not permitted in these rooms. Note - they are located on first floor, so may not be suitable if difficulty negotiating stairs. A continental breakfast tray can be provided (brought to the room) but there is also Byron's Restaurant in the village serving cooked breakfasts, expresso coffee and lunches (including Sunday roasts).
There are many pubs and restaurants in the local area.
