The property is set within a few minutes' drive of the wonderful beaches of Barmouth and is at the foot of the famous Panorama Walk which winds up on the old drover's road through woodland, past an abandoned inn to the amazing vantage point overlooing the Mawddach Estuary and Cadair Idris mountain range, and out over Barmouth Bridge to the sea, Bardsey Island and the Llyn Peninsula.
