This first floor apartment with balcony is situated on the seafront in Tywyn and is ideal for a relaxing holiday or an activity break. It offers panoramic sea views and ever-changing skies and the opportunity of seeing dolphins, porpoises and seals if conditions are right.

The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with bay windows facing west to make the most of the magnificent sunsets. There is a sofabed sleeping 2 people, a TV, a DVD player and a CD/radio. The fully-equipped kitchen area comes complete with microwave and breakfast bar and the table and chairs are placed in the window area to make the most of the views.

The large double bedroom leads on to the balcony where outside furniture can be found, ideal for watching the sunsets. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and bath with shower over and there is double glazing throughout. There is night storage heating and electricity is included in the price.

Private parking can be found at the rear of the property where there is also a communal shed for storing bikes, fishing tackle etc. Bed linen is provided with the bed made up for your arrival but towels are not included apart from hand towels and tea towels.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Tywyn town centre where all amenities can be found including a main line station and there are many opportunities for walking or cycling in the area.

There is a championship golf course in Aberdovey and Tywyn is also the home of the Tallyllyn narrow gauge railway which climbs up into the Snowdonia National Park. Other places of interest nearby include Machynlleth with its Centre for Alternative Technology, Barmouth, Dolgellau, Harlech and the Italianate village of Portmeirion.
