The Mill at Boatside
The Cidermill at Boatside is a delightfully comfortable studio apartment immediately beside the River Wye, with 700 yards of private fishing for the exclusive use of our visitors.
Accommodation
The Cidermill has a kitchen, equipped with gas cooker and microwave (guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer), large living room with dining area, bedroom with twin beds, and shower room. There is central heating throughout, and bedlinen and towels are provided. It is available on a self catering or bed and breakfast basis.
A small private garden is available for use by our guests and, for the energetic, there is immediate access onto a wonderful range of hills offering miles of open country to explore.
We also have a small, friendly caravan and camping park. There are showers and toilets available and washing-up facilities for campers. There are a limited number of electrical hookups, and we welcome dogs so long as they are under strict control. The rate is £20 per night.
The CIDERMILL at Boatside
We can offer the Cidermill as bed and breakfast accommodation if requested, this is available at £35 per person per night. There are a number of pubs offering food in the area, one is a mile from The Cidermill which is very popular, otherwise the next nearest option is in Builth Wells which is 4 miles away.
The CIDERMILL at Boatside
Is located 1 mile from the small village of Aberedw and 4 miles from Builth Wells. It is a rural setting,off the beaten track but by no means isolated.
The CIDERMILL is a converted barn, true to its name with a delightful outlook directly onto the River Wye. surrounded by hills. There is ample parking and a charming enclosed garden which is for the exclusive use of guests, which is laid simply to shrub roses and flowers with a gravelled area for rela xing in.

The Cidermill is literally 100 yards from the River Wye, one can fish for game and coarse fish in season, a permit is necessary available in Builth Wells. There are fantastic walks from the end of our drive up onto the surrounding hills, a birthwatchers paradise, The Cidermill is on a national cycle route. There is horse riding available in the area and loads of space to mountain bike.

We ask that 20% of the fee is paid with your booking, the remaining amount to be paid a week before arrival please. This price includes linen, towels electricity and Fishing in the River Wye
