The ruin of a substantial farmhouse, barns and its walled enclosure, by the valley of a small stream called Nant Plas-y-Gors, just below the Sarn Helen Roman road near the village of Ystradfellte. No trace of its beams remain, and most of its walls have collapsed so it must have been abandoned far before living memory.
