The apartment has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens onto the balcony, from where there are distant views along the Wye Valley. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a built-in electric oven, induction hob and fridge freezer. There's also a kettle, a toaster, and a good selection of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
There's a circular oak dining table and four chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa an easy chair and a coffee table. For entertainment there's wifi internet access, a smart tv with built-in dvd player, a Bose Soundwave music player to connect to your phone or tablet, and a DAB radio.
There are two bedrooms. The rear one is the smaller of the two, and has a double bed and a chair. The front bedroom has a kingsize bed, chest of drawers, and an en-suite shower room with loo and wash basin. Both bedrooms have clock radios and bedside lighting. The main bathroom, which has a bath with shower over, loo and wash basin, is adjacent to the rear bedroom.
Accessibility: The entrance door to Millbank has a ramp, and the first floor can be accessed either via stairs or lift. There are no steps from the lift to the entrance to the apartment, or within the apartment itself.
