Farsite

This detached coastal cottage is in a superb location opposite the beach on Llandudno's West Shore, with sea views over Puffin Island and the Anglesey coast. Just a short ten minute walk along a flat, elegant boulevard is the North Shore. This is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional seaside family holiday in a well appointed, comfortable home from home.

The accommodation

Ground floor

The modern, well equipped kitchen has fabulous sea and mountain views, and there is space for all the family to sit around the kitchen table and enjoy a home cooked meal. It has an electric fan oven with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Marvel at the glorious sunsets over the sea through the sitting room's vast picture window.

There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor. The high quality beds and delightful linen will ensure a good nights sleep along with the sea air.

Also on the ground floor is a recently refurbished WC and separate large shower room with a waterfall drenching shower. The shower is spacious and boasts a waterfall drenching shower head. Next door is a separate WC.

Upstairs

There are two large kingsize bedrooms. Drift off to sleep in our Marine bedroom with the sound of the sea. Our quality mattress and linen will ensure a comfortable night. Draw the curtains back to reveal a panoramic view. The bedroom is well equipped with dressing table and wardrobes. A quality king size mattress and fresh linen awaits you in our turquoise bedroom. There is a partial sea view, and a lovely, peaceful, ambiance in this comfortable bedroom.

The family bathroom is clean and bright.

The large first floor landing is well equipped with fitted wardrobes ans lots of room to store suitcases.

Outside

To the front is an decked area with outdoor furniture and parasol. Relax in the evening and watch the spectacular sunsets over the sea. There is also a well maintained front lawn with colourful bedding plants.

The location

Close by is the blue flag beach. There is a large grassed area, perfect for family games. A childrens' playground and adults' outdoor gym is a five minute walk away. There is also a pitch and put and a miniature steam railway, tucked away out of sight and sound of Farsite.

A short walk from Farsite is a beach café, and a pub with an outside seating area to enjoy the marvellous sea views. There is also an excellent restaurant within a five minute walk. A convenience store and fish and chip shop are within walking distance.
