Kimley Moor Farm

Close to the tip of the Gower Peninsula, Kimley Moor Farm is in unspoilt countryside close to the famous Rhossili Bay and Worms Head. We're just a short walk from the coastal path opposite us. Taking the right hand path leads you to Mewslade Bay, Fall Bay and the beautiful Rhossili Bay. Taking the left hand path leads you to the picturesque village of Porteynon and onwards to Oxwich. This area is a haven for lovers of the great outdoors with a network of footpaths criss-crossing the countryside along with all the water sports, rock climbing, biking and such like.

The accommodation

Butterslade and Ramsgrove Cottages have been tastefully converted, whilst retaining their original charm. Both cottages have a similar layout, On ground floor a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining area with table and chair to seat 6. The lounge has a log burner freeview DVD TV leather seating for 6 and double sofa bed, bathroom and a private double bedroom . The mezzanine gallery bedroom has two single beds. Outside has garden furniture and BBQ along with ample parking space, a rotary washing line. The laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and plenty of space for storing your outdoor gear.

The location

There is a well stocked shop for groceries, bakery off licence and chip shop along with a medical centre which is 2 miles away. Good pubs in the surrounding villages.

Horses also enjoy holidays on Gower, you could bring yours along to Kimley Moor Farm, where they can graze in the meadow, and you could explore the bridleways and beaches.

Our area

There's so much to see and do on the Gower Peninsula. Visit the city of Swansea and the seaside resort of Mumbles, castles at Weobley, Oxwich, Oystermouth and Pennard, and many beautiful beaches - some dog-free, and some where dogs are welcome.

Excellent beaches for sufing, great area for dog walking and cycling. Beautiful coastal paths for walking orienteering or cliff climbing. Handgliding of Rhossili Hill. Brilliant places for bird watching. Fishing, golf horse riding so many things to do in Gower.
