On the outskirts of the picturesque floral village of St Florence near Tenby, Lillimoor Farmhouse and cottages are located within eight acres of grounds with wonderful extensive views across the fields to the Ridgeway Hills in the distance. An all weather tennis court is available for guests' use without charge.

Primrose Cottage was originally the milking parlour. It has a cosy "olde worlde" feel. It is ideal for that romantic break. With its beautiful decor and its four poster bed, it gives that touch of luxury. A real home from home, Primrose Cottage has all the amenities you would expect to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, right down to the dishwasher. Facing south, it can enjoy the sun all day and wonderful sunsets may be seen to the west. It has a large decked and paved patio to the front as well as its own lawned area. The front door leads into a small entrance hall off which is the bedroom with a wealth of exposed ceiling beams. Wall lights, a four-poster bed and rustic pine furniture add to the charm.

Also off the entrance hall is the bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath.

The kitchen has a beamed ceiling and beautiful solid oak doors on the units. Attractive terra cotta coloured floor tiles and recessed lighting make the room very welcoming.

The lounge also has a beautiful beamed ceiling. Quality lather seats add to the feel of luxury. A pair of French windows opens from the lounge on to the south-facing decking. Free-sat television is provided.

The cottage is fully central heated and all energy costs are included in the rental.

The cottage has its own dedicated off-road parking space.
