The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and double oven electric cooker. There's also a good quality sound system with bluetooth. Access to the internet via wifi works throughout the house. There's gas central heating, and on-demand hot water.

To the rear is a patio area leading onto a large lawned garden with timber picnic table. This area is entirely enclosed, so it's safe for children to play the front is private parking space for up to two cars.

The location

It's just a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of this small town in the Wye Valley, Mid Wales - home to the Royal Welsh Showground - where you'll find a good choice of shops, pubs, eateries and take-aways.

Builth Wells is just 25 minutes from both the Brecon Beacons and the Elan Valley. Cardiff and the coast at Aberystwyth or Aberaeron are both within practical distance for a day trip.
