Cwmgwyn Cottage

This luxurious farm cottage enjoys splendid views over the Towy Valley, which runs through the farm. Walk along the river bank and see abundant birds, wildlife and wild flora.

The accommodation

The cottage is on the upper level of the 17th Century barn. It is accessed by slate steps with oak banisters. It has been recently restored to a very high standard, retaining all the original oak beams complimented by oak floors.

Also exclusively available is our new hot tub spa, for an extra £50 per week or £30 for 3 days.

The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms - an en-suite double and a twin with private bathroom.

The superbly equipped kitchen has a built in electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

The sitting area has a comfortable leather sofa and chairs, tv with video, and an electric log-effect cast iron style stove.

Downstairs is a utility area with washing machine, tumble drier and deep-freeze for successful anglers.

Full oil central heating and electricity is included. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The location

Cwmgwyn Farm is in Red Kite country and is bordered by the River Towy with one mile of sewin and salmon fishing on both banks, available for guests by arrangement.
