Situated on the owners' peaceful 19 acre smallholding, with views across the unspoilt countryside of West Wales to the Preseli Mountains, both our holiday cottages have underfloor heating throughout, and their own fenced patio area with garden table and chairs.
Both cottages are equipped with a built in electric oven and hob with hood over, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine in the kitchen, and a shower bath with an electric shower over and heated towel rail in the bathrooms.
All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included in the price.
The village of Trelech with its pub is less than a mile away and is at the crossways of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, so is ideally suited for exploring the wonderful Welsh countryside.
Bwthyn Bach (which is all on one level) has one double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. The lounge area has a sofa bed, two leather tub chairs and a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
Yr Hen Ysgubor is a cosy cottage sleeping up to 5 with one double bedroom and a large twin bedded room which also has the option of a chair bed. The cottage is all on one level except for the twin bedded room which is down three steps. There is also a south facing private courtyard. The lounge area has a leather sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
There is ample parking for two cars per cottage.
The Caravan is situated in a private enclosure with garden table and chairs. It has its own entrance and parking. It sleeps up to four people in one double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a shower, toilet and basin in the bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and fridge. All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity included in the price.
