This recently refurbished, comfortable three storey cottage is on the main street at the very heart of the pretty Pembrokeshire coastal village of Solva, which has a beautiful and picturesque harbour. Superbly appointed and furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, a real "home from home".

It is conveniently located opposite the pubs/restaurants in the lower village and within easy walking distance of a multitude of craft shops, and other amenities. Frequent bus services between Haverfordwest and St Davids stop right outside the cottage making it ideal for walking stretches of the beautiful Coastal path which is accessed at the harbour and beach just 100yards away.

A three mile drive will take you to the tiny city of St Davids with its cathedral. From here you can book one of the island boat trips and admire the wildlife including seals and seabirds. An ideal property for any time of year.

First floor - twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with electric overhead shower, basin and wc, shower room with basin and wc.

Second floor - two double bedrooms, one with basin and TV/DVD.

Heating: Electric storage heating, multi fuel burner.

Electricity: Daytime electricity charged according to use. Storage heaters and water on Economy 7 is included in rent.

No pets, no smoking. Parking for one car at the side of the cottage, additional parking in the car park 50 yards by the Harbour Inn (chargeable in the high season).

Local attractions

Walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path from the front door - local buses stop right outside. Skomer Island trips for wildlife enthusiasts. Boat trips around Ramsey Island. Oakwood, Blue Water Centre, Heatherton and Folly Farm, all within 30 to 40 minutes drive.

Eating out

Good food at the village pubs and restaurants.The Ship, The Cambrian, The Harbour Inn and The George. Home cooked, excellent food also found in '35' situated in the harbour car park and lovely tea/coffee/snacks and cakes down on the Cafe on the Quay. St Davids also offers a very good restaurants, Saffron offering Indian cuisine and "Cwtch" , an award winning restaurant. You'll be spoilt for choice.
