A beautiful, spacious large property, ideally located for discovering Snowdonia.
Isfryn is a Grade II listed Georgian town house. It has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a small patio area with access to its own section of the 13th Century Caernarfon town wall, and views over the Menai Straits to Anglesey.
The bedrooms are as follows: three rooms with a double and single in each, one double room, one family room with 3 singles and ante room with a single. Also two small rooms with basins in each and one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed, and a separate bathroom with Whirlpool bath on the first floor and a bathroom with a large sauna, 4 bedrooms have en suite showers and ground floor has a small shower room with toilet. 2 wooden cots are also available. Also sofa bed in each lounge.
There is a large dining room with a table that can comfortably sit 20, two large lounges, well equipped kitchen with large cooking range.
Many visitors consider that we undersell the property and it is better than they expect when they arrive.
Local Area and Accommodation
The house is located on the Coastal cycle route which is also good for walks into the country.
Caernarfon has many attractions including the 13th Century castle, Roman fort and Welsh Highland steam railway. Many small shops and restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.
Snowdon is 7 miles away and there are many beaches along the coast and on Anglesey.
There is limited off road parking in Church Street and free car parks either 100 or 400 yards away.
Short breaks available at 75% of the weekly rate for up to 3 nights, or winter short break rate, whichever is the higher.
