Disgwylfa - in Welsh, 'watchtower' - is one of the farmhouses on the Mynydd Epynt in Mid Wales, an upland area which requisitioned for military training shortly after the outbreak of World War Two. Disgwylfa now houses an exhibition about SENTA, the Sennybridge training area.
