Where the Rivers Wye and Irfon join near Builth Wells
Just north of Builth Wells, the River Irfon, a powerful flow from an extensive catchment in the Cambrians above Abergwesyn, meets the River Wye, and creates a deep and relatively placid mixing pool between this point and the town's Wye Bridge.
