This sheltered sandy beach, sheltered to the east by Gilman Point and to the west by Ragwen Point, is just to the west of Pendine. Gently sloping, and with rock pools around its edges, it is generally safe for swimming - although there is no lifeguard. At low tide it can be reached on foot along the beach from Pendine. Otherwise follow the coastal path from the village. There is a rough track which leads down here, but it isn't a right of way for vehicles.
