Carn Ingli - 'the Mount of Angels' - at 337 metres is not a large hill, but is a very prominent landmark in this part of West Wales. From its summit is a panoramic view over Dinas Head, Newport and the Nevern Estuary, southern Ceredigion and the Preselis. It is the site of a huge Iron Age hillfort of which the remains are still very much in evidence. Easily reached on foot, a visit to North Pembrokeshire would not be complete without an exhilarating walk to the peak of Carn Ingli.
