Cardigan, Ceredigion

The sandy beach at Mwnt, just to the north of the Teifi Estuary near Cardigan, is south facing and sheltered. Slightly out-of-the-way, it can get quite busy here in summer. The National Trust owns the beach and headland, and runs the shop and toliets which are open in season.
